For Workplaces, Schools, & Athletic Programs
Lynn Roberts is the founder of Scalp iQ™, a hair and scalp wellness education brand created to help workplaces, schools, athletic programs, community organizations, and individuals better understand the connection between scalp health, hair wellness, lifestyle, confidence, and overall well-being.
Through Scalp iQ™, Lynn provides education-based experiences such as corporate lunch & learns, school and community workshops, female athlete hair and scalp wellness sessions, private scalp discovery services, cranial prosthesis education, and scalp health education pop-ups.
Scalp iQ™ was created because hair and scalp concerns are often treated as surface-level beauty issues when they can deeply affect confidence, self-image, workplace presence, athletic participation, and quality of life.
Lynn’s mission is to bring practical, culturally relevant, and compassionate scalp wellness education into the spaces where people live, work, learn, serve, and perform.
Lynn’s background includes training and experience in trichology, hair and scalp wellness education, cranial prosthesis support, and community-based education.
Her professional focus includes:
Trichology and scalp wellness education
Certified Cranial Prosthesis Specialist support
First Hair Responder education
Mastectomy fitter training background
Hair loss awareness and client education
Workplace, school, athletic, and community wellness programming
Scalp iQ™ takes an education-first approach. Sessions are designed to help participants understand scalp health, hair wellness habits, lifestyle influences, protective style awareness, and when professional referral may be appropriate.
Lynn’s goal is not to overwhelm people with fear or complicated medical language. Her goal is to make scalp wellness easier to understand, more approachable, and more connected to everyday life.
Scalp iQ™ serves organizations and individuals who want wellness education that is practical, inclusive, confidence-building, and relevant to the people they serve.
